Doing your best work requires focus and energy. But it’s hard to stay focused for an 8-hour stretch. Any kind of physical movement will temporarily boost your alertness and energy levels.
These style sessions have the benefit of encouraging workhorses to step away from their desks in the middle of the day, returning primed for a productive afternoon. They are also a great way to provide social connection opportunities not available in the staff kitchen.
Get Out Of The Office - Evening Sessions
Exercise in the evenings can let out frustrations from a tough day and improve sleep patterns. Don’t let you and your team go to bed strangling their pillows. Your clients, colleagues and loved ones will thank you for it!
