One of the many benefits of yoga is developing an awareness of the effects of stress in our lives, and the skills with which to manage them. It also alleviates neck and back strain, improves productivity and the ability to react more calmly in demanding situations.
We offer two streams of yoga:
- Traditional flows focus on strength, flexibility, detoxification & mindfulness
- Our newly innovated ‘office yoga’ focusing primarily on meditation, mindfulness and posture correction.

Our industry-leading “office yoga’ classes are our newest innovation. They are designed to enable quick but regular sessions throughout the week. Consistency is the key and our format enables maximum return with minimum disruption – all on-site and doable in corporate attire! Even your executive team can smash out a session & step straight into the board room!
Including weekly takeaway programs for at desk implementation, these uniquely designed 20-minute sessions are for employees to escape the dead pockets of the day and reinvigorate both mentally and physically.
