Starting a new fitness program is like any other endeavour – the better you prepare, the more likely you are to succeed.  This onboarding system is your key to setting yourself up for maximum, long-term enjoyment & results.

 

Over the first couple of weeks of the program, your new GET support crew will guide you step-by step through 5 onboarding phases.  This system, designed over years of research and thousands of clients, breaks down what can often seem like an overwhelming undertaking into bite size pieces.  This process introduces you to our program methodology of doing the little things properly & consistently because this is what we know gets long term results.  

 

Our 5 onboarding phases are broken down below.  Make sure you complete the entire induction process so we can ensure there’s nothing in the way of you and your new relationship with health & fitness:
